What We Offer

Personal Development

Not your typical sit-down coaching. Every session is shaped around the individual young person - some like to talk things through, others prefer to draw, map out ideas, or use creative and hands-on tools. We adapt to how each young person thinks and communicates best, including outdoor sessions in nature for those who focus and open up better while moving or outside. This flexible, individual approach makes our coaching and mentoring especially well suited to neurodivergent young people.

Life Skills

Hands-on, creative, outdoor and community-based projects that build everyday skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, financial awareness and independence — not tied to any particular career or next step.

Future Pathways

Real-world programmes across three paths - Entrepreneurship, Employability and Future Study, that help young people explore what's next, starting whenever it's right for the individual, whether that's testing a business idea early or exploring options as they approach college or their first job.

Why We Do What We Do

We believe every young person has potential — they sometimes just need the right space, support, and someone who believes in them.

As a Community Interest Company, we exist to benefit young people and the wider community, not shareholders. Every penny we make is reinvested straight back into our work.

We're proud to be inclusive and neurodiversity-aware, and we particularly welcome young people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure — including those who are homeschooled, neurodivergent, or facing barriers to opportunity.

“Before the sessions, I felt completely stuck and had no idea what I wanted to do next. Talking things through helped me realise what I’m good at and what actually matters to me. I’ve now applied for a course I’m really excited about, and for the first time in ages, I feel motivated and confident about the future.”

Hear from those we've supported

“We’d been worried about our son for a while, he’d lost confidence after leaving college and didn’t know what direction to take. The 1:1 sessions helped him open up, set small goals, and regain his confidence. It’s been amazing to see him taking steps towards work he actually enjoys. I can’t thank the team enough for the difference it’s made.”

Parent of 19-year-old

“I was lucky enough to be mentored and coached weekly during a recent internship, and the support was truly invaluable. It helped me reflect deeply on what I wanted from my career after graduating and taught me practical methods to manage the imposter syndrome I tend to experience in the workplace. Most of all, it was wonderful to have someone to talk to each week about life and careers — it kept me grounded, confident, and optimistic about the future.”
